Included: In the unlikely event that there are any technical issues with your unit, R-Zero will work to solve them - as long as they are not caused by misuse or mishandling, e.g. improper storage, unauthorized alterations or modifications, or dropping the unit down the stairs. In the event that your Arc stops working properly, R-Zero Support will work through troubleshooting steps to determine the best course of action for the unit.
Term: the warranty is included in your subscription fees and is available as long as you have an active subscription with R-Zero
