FloorPlan Views
Live View
The first floorplan view is called Live View. By navigating to the Floorplans tab and selecting a specific floorplan, you will access the Live View, which displays real-time occupancy data. The key on the right shows what each icon represents and the different status options of the devices
Note: The Live View uses on-the-fly calculations to determine if a seat is active. This may be slightly different than your processed data represented in your analytics. Processed data may use long-term analysis, unavailable in the short-term, to determine values.
Activity View
The second floorplan view is called Activity. This view allows you to see activity data overlaid on your floorplan. You can adjust the data by selecting a granularity, as well as date and time filters. The Activity Map uses a color gradient to display the average activity percentage for each seat on the floorplan
• Use the Gradient legend on the right side to see the color gradation as it corresponds to percent active.
Note: The Activity filter includes a selection for Data Granularity. If you want to learn more about Data Granularity, navigate to: this Zendesk Article and scroll down to number 4 of Using the Analytics Dashboard.
