1.) Isolate the room. No people or animals. |

2.) Post Safety signs as needed. |
|
3.) Position Arc to your designated location throughout the space. |
|
4.) Using your laser measure, measure from the device to the furthest surface you wish to disinfect. Determine the appropriate cycle time using the table below: |

5.) Lock the casters. Make sure the Arc has line of sight to all surfaces of interest. If not, you will need to run a second cycle and can position it in the same way as steps 3-4 above. |

6.) Cover all plants as they can react poorly to extended UV-C light exposure, or move them so they are not hit directly by the UV-C. |

7.) Unwrap the cord from the base. Plug the device into the nearest 3 prong wall outlet. Note: If an extension cord is required, use 12 AWG or better |

8.) Turn on the power switch at the base. |
|
9.) Press the power On/Off button on the upper left side of the display located on the handle. Adjust the cycle time as required by using the Up or Down arrow buttons to the right side of the display to match R-Zero recommended cycles for your space (Reference chart above). |

10.) Once you are ready to run the cycle, press the Start/Pause button (lower left) to initiate the countdown. Leave the room during the countdown. |

11.) When the cycle time has passed, enter the room. |
|
12.) If the light ring at the top of the Arc illuminates green, the cycle has been successful. |

13.) You can now power off the unit, unplug it, or move to another location as needed. |
