There are 3 UV lamps in the device. Use only R-Zero Excimer Lamps. Follow the steps below to swap out the bulbs.
- Disconnect power to the device and allow the device to cool. Switch the power button to the OFF position.
- Using a T20 Torx driver, gently open the front cover and let the cover hang from the attached hinges.
- Tilt the bulb to 45 degrees and pull one side out using a rotation motion.
- Install the new bulb into the lamp holder by inserting one end first and rotating the opposite end into position. NOTE: The bulb has a polarity, one side of the lamp terminal is larger than the other. Align the larger side of the lamp terminal with the larger opening.
- Install the front cover back onto the fixture.
- Adjust the lamps to the desired position and clean the glass surface with alcohol wipes.
- Restore power to the unit and switch the power button to the ON position.
